This is a 'lettre de recours gracieux' regarding a refusal for an exchange of a Swiss driver's license to the French driver's license. I am adding the additional information that I originally had a Danish driver's license, which would not have had to be refuted. I also present my case for why the punishment for my situation is rather harsh. I am hoping for some empathy and if my arguments are not convincing an exstended grace period in which I am allowed to keep using my current driver's license while I prepare for and take the French driver's license exams.
